Marty Davis
President and Co-Captain
Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Marty has been actively participating in MS rides for over 25 years. His notable events include the Pedal to the Point in Northeast Ohio, PGA Cycle to the Shore, and the Citrus Tour. In 2016, Marty and his wife Beth joined the Ultimate Fighters when the former xpedx team became part of the organization. In 2021, he was honored to serve as Co-Captain alongside Susan and Melinda Lashlee.
Marty and Beth enjoy riding along A1A on Amelia Island, where they reside with their beloved dogs: Golden Retriever Major, Black Lab Ryder, and their cherished older girl Dolly, a lab mix.
Tim Broderick
Secretary and Co-Captain
Tim has been actively participating in MS Bike rides since 2012. That year, he organized a small team, Team xpedx, to support his friend Brian Rippett while they both worked at xpedx. In 2016, Team xpedx merged with The Ultimate Fighters. Since then, Tim has consistently participated in rides every year, including the MS Citrus Tour in Florida and the MS Best Dam Bike Ride in Wisconsin.
With a career spanning over three decades, Tim has worked in the paper and packaging industry in various Sales, Marketing, and Management roles. He currently works for Georgia-Pacific, selling corrugated boxes, and is looking forward to retirement in August 2022.
Tim and his wife Sandy, who grew up together in Two Rivers, Wisconsin, now reside in the Tampa area. They enjoy boating, kayaking, playing pickleball, and of course, cycling. In retirement, their goal is to ride 50 miles in all 50 states and participate in as many MS rides as possible.
Barbie Blank
Vice President / Treasurer
Barbie's involvement with the Bike MS Citrus Tour began as a volunteer with BB&T Bank in 2011. With persistent encouragement from the Ultimate Fighters, she finally decided to start riding in 2013. Her husband Scott has been a strong supporter of the Ultimate Fighters team village, and after years of support, he joined the rides two years ago.
Barbie has spent nearly 20 years working for Harland Check Printers, a bank vendor, in various roles including Sales, Project Management, and Quality Control. She made a career shift from corporate America to community banking and is now Vice President at Florida Capital Bank, managing the Tampa Bay Market.
Both proud Florida natives, Barbie and Scott reside in Tampa. They enjoy cycling, fishing, and giving back to the community through their involvement with various local nonprofit organizations.
Susan Lashlee
Organization Founder
Susan Lashlee is a seasoned finance and operations executive with a proven track record in driving organizational excellence across high-impact sectors. Susan is known for her ability to strengthen internal structures, optimize resources, and support mission-driven growth. Her commitment to integrity, transparency, and long-term sustainability makes her a key voice on the Board, guiding the project toward responsible expansion and lasting impact.
Ernie Lashlee

Ernie Lashlee is a veteran operations and logistics leader recognized for his hands-on expertise in building resilient systems, managing teams, and delivering results in fast-moving environments. With decades of experience across industrial, construction, and large-scale project settings, Ernie brings practical insight and disciplined execution to The Ultimate Fighters.
Chris Cornelius
Board Member
Dr. Chris Cornelius brings decades of global energy expertise, strategic leadership, and technical insight to The Ultimate Fighters. His ability to blend rigorous scientific analysis with long-term strategic vision makes him an invaluable advisor to the organization. Dr. Cornelius supports The Ultimate Fighters with guidance on governance, risk oversight, and innovation, ensuring the project grows with clarity, discipline, and purpose.
